Jim Brown is President of JWB Organization Consultants, and a former Principal with Core-R.O.I.,Inc. organization development consultants. For more than twenty-five years, he has provided consulting, management, training and education services to clients in both the private and public sectors. That history includes five years as Consulting Project Manager with Management Design, Incorporated, three with Core-R.O.I., and seventeen years as President of his own firm. Prior to those roles, Jim served as Director of Catholic Family Services for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
The major focus of Jim's consulting and training has been on: executive assessment and coaching, the design and facilitation of large-scale participative Strategic Search Meetings, leadership development and coaching, strategic planning, team development, and change management. He is particularly skilled in the use and interpretation of Myers-Briggs assessment instruments for both individual coaching and group development.
Jim has used his talent and experience to support participative planning and improvement efforts in a wide variety of public sector, education, church and not-for-profit organizations. Recent clients include: The Health Alliance, The RADAC Corporation, Bethesda Hospital, Blue Grass Quality Meats, Boy Scouts of America, Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services, Jewish Vocational Services, the Catholic Archdiocese of Cincinnati, and a variety of clerical / religious foundations.
Jim is a certified Reality Therapist who earned an M.Ed. in counseling and family therapy at Xavier University, and a M.A. in Biblical Studies from the Athenaeum of Ohio. He is a member of the Organizational Development Network and the American Society for Training and Development. Jim lives with his wife in Cincinnati, Ohio.
