Sue Meador Rodier specializes in assisting organizations with their change efforts, including emphasis on leadership coaching, strategic planning, organization design/redesign (she co-developed the innovative Fast Impact Redesign™ approach), developing and managing human resources, employee involvement, and labor-management cooperation strategies. She also works with human resource/performance improvement staffs to develop systems and skills within the organization to support various changes.
Included among Ms. Rodier's clients are: Air Canada, Air Products Corporation, Alyeska Services, Arlington County, Community Residences (managed living and health care provider), Harley-Davidson, Raytheon Missile Systems, Inland Paperboard and Packaging, Kimberly-Clark, National Steel Corporation, PEPCO (Potomac Electric Power Company), SONY Manufacturing Company of America, U.S. Sugar Corporation, and subsidiaries of USX Corporation.
She has worked directly in light and heavy manufacturing and processing, as well as with service organizations on long-term change efforts and short-term challenges. Many of these efforts have involved leaders and members from the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Paper, Allied-Industrial, Chemical and Energy Workers International Union, United Steel Workers of America, United Mine Workers, United Auto Workers, Airline Pilots Association, and the International Union of Electronic, Electrical, Technical, Salaried and Machine Workers, to name a few.
Ms. Meador Rodier has been associated with Core-R.O.I. since its inception in 1983, serving as CEO most of that time. Prior to joining Core-R.O.I., Ms. Meador Rodier was a Vice President and Senior Consultant with the American Productivity and Quality Center in Houston, Texas.
Sue Meador Rodier received a B.S. degree in Social Science, M.S. degree in Instructional Technology, and completed doctoral course work in Instructional Development and Systems from the University of Southern California. She completed additional studies in Organization Development and Human Resource Management from the Columbia School of Business.
Sue resides on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, near Savannah, Georgia.
