Carol Hopper, Ph.D., is an experienced organizational change leader recognized for breaking through traditional human resource boundaries by establishing creative and collaborative approaches to aligning people strategies with business strategies. A skilled communicator, labor/management strategist, relationship builder, mediator and leadership coach, she interacts effectively with all organizational levels from the senior executives to hourly employees. Central to her work are beliefs in the value and dignity of all employees and a workplace that encourages divergent thinking, innovation, informed decision-making, and listening.

She is adept at designing, facilitating and supporting strategic planning and organization change initiatives that actively include critical stakeholders. Carol holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education and a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations. She currently serves on the boards of three non-profits and resides in Albuquerque, NM.
