In spring 2003, this agency announced a major reorganization of its entire operation. Working in partnership with another consulting group, Core-R.O.I. helped design the process for informing all employees about the reorganization and managing the transition. We facilitated and trained internal managers and leaders to explain the reorganization to all field employees. The project team conducted focus groups of front-line employees in all regions to understand their concerns and issues related to serving their customers within the reorganized structure. We also facilitated workshops for leaders of three major divisions, Finance, Management Support, and Information Technology to develop action plans to ensure effective implementation of the reorganization.
