For nearly 20 years, Core-R.O.I. has worked with this social service organization as it grew from $.5 million with housing in one county to nearly $15 million with housing in three states as well as developing services throughout a multi-state region. Our work has focused primarily on developing the Board of Directors and the Executive leadership staff. We have assisted them with on-going clarification of Board roles (as membership turns over) and developing the organization's strategic direction.

As the agency's programs have grown and multiplied, we have helped the Executive team develop its leadership capabilities through teambuilding activities, clarification of decision-making processes and execution of project management responsibilities. These efforts have been aided by our use of both the Team Management Index™ and the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument™.
