Core-R.O.I. provided consulting support to the union and management leadership for the development of "High-performance Work Systems," a collaborative labor-management improvement process. This included consultation, training, and facilitation with leaders to jointly develop structures, goals, roles and procedures to support their long-term joint improvement efforts. We helped identify and select approximately thirty union and management internal change agents to support this ongoing effort. We designed and delivered a full curriculum of intensive training to develop change agent capabilities. Consultants provided continuing progress assessment to company and union leaders, and facilitated periodic strategic planning activities as the project expanded.
