Manufacturer of sport hosiery

Amidst a climate of mutual blaming and poor morale, Core-R.O.I. conducted a survey of employee attitudes and beliefs so that both labor and management would have a common objective platform from which to discuss their issues. We then trained internal resources to facilitate joint problem-solving and conflict resolution sessions. We also helped them redesign their compensation system, replacing a contentious piece rate system with an hourly wage rate. These efforts improved work processes, increased inter-departmental cooperation, and streamlined decision-making procedures. The client quantified thousands of dollars in initial savings from these efforts.
