Core-R.O.I. consulted with the management leadership team for the renewal and improvement of the team-based organization structure in place at this continuous operation facility. We facilitated improvement planning by the leadership group that included re-training of all operational employees in skills for effective teamwork. After conducting a needs assessment, we designed and delivered twenty-four hours of customized training for all Managers, Team Coordinators, Team Leaders, as well as all Maintenance and Operations Team members.
