Core-R.O.I. worked with the Chemicals Manufacturing Group (2400 employees, 15 plants, $1.4B). From its inception, we designed and supported their Total Involvement Process (TIP) to develop a participative culture. We provided consulting and training support for the redesign of work at all plants using our Fast Impact Redesign participative process and materials. We customized and delivered training to address changing roles of managers & professionals. Our strategic consulting supported the TIP Steering Group, plant site management, and organization effectiveness resources.

Results included significant measured improvements in maintenance spending, unit cost, asset value per person, reduction of OSHA recordables and environmental incidents, and employee satisfaction indicators tracked annually. These efforts received the ASTD National Award for Excellence in Change.
