Core-R.O.I. provided customized executive education, coaching, and training to strengthen leadership capabilities and bench strength for succession purposes. We designed and facilitated meetings to enable work groups to build more collaborative relationships and minimize conflicts. Results included significant cross-functional cooperation and the reduction of silo mentality, successful functioning project teams to implement business improvements, and identification of future corporate leaders.
