Since our initial contract in 1987, Core-R.O.I. has worked with nearly all Departments of this county government. In recent years we have facilitated a number of internal government and joint citizen groups dealing with a variety of issues. These have included: relocation of residential services for developmentally disabled adults; integration of intake and services for needy families; recommendations for dealing with traffic issues in local neighborhoods; teambuilding and improving collaboration within senior leadership of the School Administration with School Board (elected), and implementation of reengineering plan with Department of Administrative Services.

We have also conducted training workshops on Meeting Management and Facilitation Skills, Time Management, and Skills for Leadership in a Peak Performing Organization.

Core-R.O.I. also worked with the county Water Treatment Plant to effect a work process redesign resulting in a 25% reduction of cost two years sooner than planned, and increased compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. In support of this improvement, we trained and facilitated managers and hourly workers in systematic problem-solving and conflict resolution methods.
